Token Gated Permission

Token gate access to your group.

You can automate the membership process by auto-approving users who have certain crypto holdings and/or NFT tokens. For example, to gain accessibility to your group, you can require users who have X amount of token Y, or require them to have a certain collection of NFT tokens to join your group.

Below is the tutorial to set the Token and/or NFT gate.

Choose your group's main chain(Ethereum, BSC and Polygon), then set primary Token and/or NFT

Enable the token gate by checking the "Token Gated" box and set the amount of minimum holding.

This feature allows users whose token amount has reached a certain threshold to join the group automatically. Metaforo checks every time when the user tries to access the group to make sure he/she has enough tokens in his/her wallet. The user will be removed automatically if the token threshold is no longer met.

Enable the NFT gate by checking the "NFT Gated" box.

This feature allows users who own one or more NFT collections you specified to join the group automatically. Metaforo checks every time when the user tries to access the group to make sure he/she has the NFT in his wallet. The user will be removed automatically if the NFT requirement is no longer met.

Allowing members to pass the Token and NFT gate without meeting the requirements. Set the group to Read Only for users who don't meet the Token/NFT gate requirements.

With the Token/NFT gate, if you want users who don't meet the requirements to join the group and read content only in the group, check the "Read-only" box.
