Pinning a Topic

Pin topic is an advance permission for the Admins and moderators only. All pinned topics are shown at the top of the topic list in the group home or category home.

How to pin a topic

Go to the group you manage and open the topic you want to pin. On the topic page, the "Pin" button is located on the tool bar right underneath the post. There are two options "Pin in home" and "Pin in General Discussion"

”Pin in home“ will display the pinned topic on the top of the homepage of your group and also in the current_category.

“Pin in General Discussion" will display the pinned topic on the top of the current_category home.

Review the Pinned topic

Go to the group/category home, and check the topic list. The topic you just pinned displays at the top with a pinned button.

Another quicker way to view pinned topics

All pinned topics will display on the topic page of a discussion.
