Frontinus House Administrators are required to manage the pending proposal rounds and open delegation rounds.

Through funding rounds, our community auctions off fixed amounts of capital to builders with the best ideas. The Admins are to manage proposal rounds and open delegation rounds.

Creating a Proposal Round

Click on the ‘Create a Proposal Round’ button on the top right navigation bar.

To get started, just fill out the form with some basic information about your round. You'll need to provide essential details such as round timing, award amount, and round name. This will help us understand your proposal better and facilitate the funding process effectively.

Once filled out, this round will be displayed in the All Rounds list.

Please note that a Proposal Round has four different statuses during various periods.

Not Started: This round is not yet in progress.

Proposing: This round is currently accepting new proposal submissions.

Voting: The deadline for new proposal submissions has expired. It is now the time to vote for proposals.

Ended: The deadline for this round has expired.

Review and approve Proposal Rounds

After successful creation by regular users, the proposal rounds will be listed under the 'Pending Rounds' section and will undergo administrative review before it's published to the community.

Navigate to Pending Round, where administrators can thoroughly review its content before making the decision to Approve or Reject.

Once the round is approved, it will be published and moved to the All Rounds list from Pending Rounds.

Important: Rejected rounds will be permanently removed from the Pending Rounds and cannot be restored.

Creating a Delegation Round

Click on the ‘Create a Delegation Round’ button on the top right navigation bar.

Enter the required fields for this delegation round, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Please pay close attention to the four dates for the delegation round as they are crucial for the smooth functioning of the round.

There are five statuses in the different periods of a delegation round.

Not Started: This round is not yet in progress.

Accepting Applicant: Starting to accept campaign profiles.

Delegating: Starting to grant voting power to applicants.

Delegation Granted: The deadline for granting voting power has passed, and the delegation will now officially take effect.

Delegation Ended: This delegation round has concluded, and the proxy will no longer have the authority to vote on behalf of others.
